I really think the citizens of stow should call the ramps off the expressway at seasons road THE KAREN FRITSCHEL SCENIC HIGHWAY. After all she did finally open them up and they do lead to her follies.
The video DOES say it all! Unfortunately, this is what the mayor’s term will be remembered for. This situation was easily avoided, Ms. Mayor – put your agendas on the back burner and think about the welfare of the taxpayers. Steve LaTourette seemed to get it, as well as several surrounding community officials.
Charge the landlords – fine the snow plowers – postpone the interchange opening. Charter Review Committee – it might not be the best time to revisit the mayor’s term limits.
LMAO — is that what’s being considered? Revisiting term limits? If so, then that is something that should be put to a vote of Stow residents. Same with the rental property fee issue — let it go to the voters, like it did in Barberton.
JJinStow…There is currently a petition circulating the city in re-instate term limits for council and the finance director. If the measure makes it to the ballot and passes, there will be eight year term limits then on all stow elected officials, which is the way it was before a former stow city council fooled the voters into changing it in the first place.
Below is a sample of the wording the voters were asked to vote on to partially remove term limits. Initially the board of elections refused the first draft of the ballot language the council sent them. This was version two.

Do you want to remove term limits on the council and finance director but keep term limits on the mayor and law director? yes or no

I don’t think the voters will fall for this one again. In any event there is a measure underway to re-instate term limits once again and maybe Mr. Alexander will learn the meaning of the word unequivical…we can only hope.
